All booking terms & conditions are based on our operations and the knowledge developed over the year while handling groups. We try to reduce as much amount as possible subjected to the following company policies.

For confirmation of package 30% of the total cost of the package should be deposited for bookings – Rest payment be made 10 days before the start of journey date.
All bookings are subjected to availability of rooms etc.
50 percent advance is required for booking (Conditions apply).
Charges apply for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date.
Hotel check out time in this region is 12 noon / 1200 hours.
All ticket and package requires advance payment for booking.
Voucher and booking will be confirmed after the payment.
Cancellation rates are higher during season

Cancellation

Cancellation will attract a minimum amount during off season and maximum during peak season of April, May, June, September, October & December. However a standard cancellation charges are as follows.

30 Days prior to arrival
15 Days prior to Arrival
07 Days prior to Arrival
48 Hours prior to Arrival
INR 2500 / 25 % of the package cost
30 - 40% of Package cost
50 - 70% of Package cost
80 – 95% of Package cost

No cancellation is accepted over telephone - For cancellation please produce your Money receipt.

These cancellation charges are applicable for general packages and will vary as per the terms applicable with each package. Adventure tour like Biking group has cancellation for bike hire and bike transfer charges etc. We try to reduce the cancellation charges as much as possible but again all service provider looks forward for the package to materialize.

Payment Mode

We accept bank transfer by cheques, valid credit card, multi city cheques, draft, net transfer, etc.
Cheques are not accepted as payment unless received at least 20 days prior to the date of journey or arrival date.
Charges deducted due to dishonored cheques or any other mistakes done by the guest has to be compensated by guest.
All other charges i.e. transaction and cash handling charges has to be borne by guest.
